My approach was that I collected references, then made modular windows, vents and doors, then I assembled them. I made a trimsheet in Substance Painter with more windows, then I randomized the UVs of the windows to match with the different windows on the trimsheet. The entire building uses only three materials. It has a material for the granite-like spaces between the windows, one for the windows and doors and vents, and one for the detailed tiles visible from the street.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n<div
